Congratulations Alessandra! This is a great idea. I want to make these muffins, but hope you can help me with interpreting the measurements. In America, lb. stands for pounds and we use decimal (.) instead of comma (,). So do I read that at .17 pounds? Our recipes would say something like 1 Cup of butter. Can you help me with the conversion?

Alessandra,
I'm very happy you are sharing Roma with those of us who don't get over there often enough. I love Italian cooking and can't wait to try some of these recipes on my friends. Love to you all. Matt

Put muffins in freezer for 5 hours (Is that correct that they should be frozen?). Because 10 minutes at 425 produced a product that was mostly liquid. How do you plate these? Thanks

Sorry Larry I wasn't able to read your comment, anyway the muffins have to be frozen and have to cook for 10-15 -20 minutes, it depends on the power of you oven. Your muffins had to stay more in the oven , they are ready when they have a soft crust, but inside they are like a cream...any question I'm here...ciao alessandra.
